Hello friends, population is a main asset of a country but up to a limit. As the case of India population is main problem of India because India is over populated. We are living in modern world where machine power has replaced man power. Due to over population govt is incapable of providing employment, medical facility and even shelter to some poor people. To over come this problem govt at its own has to make some stringent laws and some luring offers for having small family. It can be achieved by cent percent literacy rate, awareness about family planning methods and advantages of small family. And by restricting a limit children to a couple. To my mind over population is main hurdle to becoming India a developed country because govt has to spend more and more money in giving subsidies to the poor people.

Well friends, instead of making it a difficult task, you all should make it ease. Growing population is not at all an issue. The main reason of increase in population is not the illiteracy but the lack of awareness. How?Its because if you analyse the data of current census our population halts at 1. 21 billion (121 crore) where as chinese are at 133 crore. There is a decadal growth rate of 17. 64% in India. Someone of above has mentioned about the illiteracy of village people. But let me allow to say that the key reason for their illiteracy is our literate people.

Govt is investing huge amount of money in social & educational development program mes. But our ministers shows up their cheapness. So why why should we blame all village people. The population in village is very less than the cities and towns. If we think that population in cities are less then we are wrong.

As the discussion demands the literacy of these village people let me make it clear that Indias literacy rate is 74. 04% and in coming years it will be surely reaching the 80. Despite being the 2nd largest population in the world, we are still the 3rd largest powerful country in the world as per the recent data. Our army stands no 2 in the world, our Airforce is one of the worlds largest Airforce (1600 aircrafts+counting).

And our navy is the 4th largest in world. So common man support India. We are changing. The debates over population & poverty line have been replaced by challenges. Accept the challenge and celebrate the change. So I must say that growing population was a problem. But now its not. So seize every type of opportunity to lead the world. Represent India as worlds no-1. And join anti corruption campaigns.
